A little reminder about The Quiz Night

Staring at 7:30 PM Wednesday the 27th in the Lounge at Rolls, again all welcome

The 2024 Bowling Season Is Underway.

Gents and Ladies ….. there is now light at the end of the tunnel …. thanks to some fantastic work by our greens team I am pleased to say that as of Saturday 23rd March the green is now OPEN

However please be sensible and if it’s pouring down (which is highly likely ) do not bowl and also please wear flat shoes ….. apart from that enjoy and let’s have a good season

As the indoor bowling season comes to an end over the next few weeks we just wanted to say a big thank you to all our members who have attended week in and week out, a special thank you to Kenneth Simmons for all his hard work and organisation, and also our sponsors who assisted with the rent and facilities…… It’s been an amazing few months during the dark and wet winter days and has certainly kept up spirits, well being and morale across the community 👍👍👍

Now Opening Saturday 23rd March 2024 (Subject to weather conditions)

Our Head Greenkeeper Stephen Hounslow has decided that the green will not be opening on the 16th March 2024 because of the continued wet weather we have experienced this week.
